The roles and responsibilities apply to all personnel of the unit which include architects and engineers for the Bank’s Low-Code
Development platforms:
• Regular employees
• Project hires directly hired by the bank
• Consultants
• Outsourced personnel from accredited partners

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to gather and
  understand business requirements, and translate them into technical designs and solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams in the design and
  development of scalable, reliable, and highperformance Appian applications, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Designing application architecture, creating user interfaces, and configuring workflows using Appian's low-code tools like SAIL (Self-Assembling Interface Layer).
• Collaborate with Cloud Partners and infrastructure teams to ensure the availability, scalability, and security of the Appian platform and associated components.
• Create common applications, components, and plugins that streamline the development efforts of project teams
  Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with architectural standards.
• Define and enforce Appian development standards, guidelines, and methodologies to ensure consistency, code quality, and maintainability.
